Steam Cleaning Rates: $50 Minimum charge (Only $30 Minimum applies when used in conjuntion with one of our other services)

DYNASTY SPECIAL! 4 ROOMS FOR $90

$45 for the first room (Up to 400 square feet)
$20 for each additional room (Up to 300 Square Feet)
$15 Hallways (Up to 150 Square Feet)
$1.50 per step for the first 10.  $1.25 for each subsequent step.
Rooms that exceed the quoted size will be charged as a either a room and a hallway or 2 rooms.
